Terms of Use – SUNNY-SPEC

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of SITES.DICERABBIT.COM, the Games, the Account and the purchase of Currency. Please read them carefully. By creating an Account, playing or purchasing on the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

The Site is operated by SUNNYSPEC SOFTWARE REAL ESTATE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT ORGANISATIONS TRADE AND INDUSTRY LIMITED (SUNNYSPEC YAZILIM EMLAK SPOR VE EĞLENCE ORGANİZASYONLARI TİCARET VE SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ), registered address: Yenigün Mah. 2. Definitions

2.1 “Company,” “We,” “Our” or “Us” refers to SUNNYSPEC SOFTWARE REAL ESTATE SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT ORGANISATIONS TRADE AND INDUSTRY LIMITED, a legal entity organised under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, operating through the Site.
2.2 “Site” means the website SITES.DICERABBIT.COM, including its sub-pages, the Games hosted on it and the Account area.
2.3 “User” or “You” refers to any individual who accesses the Site, plays the Games or purchases Services from the Company.
2.4 “Account” means the optional personal player account a User may create on the Site with an email address and password. An Account is not required to play the Games. Player Accounts are separate from the Company’s internal administration accounts.
2.5 “Games” means the browser-based games made available on the Site, currently VOID FOUNDRY, STEEL & ASH, FLY PIGS and SKY RAIDERS, and any games added later.
2.6 “Currency” means Sunny Coin, the virtual currency available on the Site, used exclusively to access additional in-game content and features in the Games. Currency holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-world money. In these Terms and all other Site policies, Sunny Coin is referred to as “Currency”.
2.7 “In-Game Items” means the game-specific resources, items, upgrades and balances that exist inside an individual Game and may be obtained with Currency where a Game supports it.
2.8 “Wallet” means the section of the Account that shows the User’s Currency balance and Sunny Points balance, where Currency is bought and where payouts of Sunny Points are requested. Section 7 explains how to use it step by step.
2.9 “Exchange Rate” means the single fixed rate table set by the Company’s site administrators that determines the price of Currency in USD, EUR and TRY. The Exchange Rate is changed only by the Company’s administrators, manually or by a reference update, and is never set by Users.
2.10 “Bonus Pack” means an optional pre-set quantity of Currency offered with additional bonus Currency.
2.11 “Referral Program” means the program described in Section 10 under which a User may invite new Users with a personal referral link.
2.12 “Referrer” means a User who shares a referral link; “Referred User” means a new User who creates an Account through that link.
2.13 “Sunny Points” means the referral reward recorded for a Referrer when a Referred User completes a qualifying, confirmed purchase of Currency. One (1) Sunny Point has a settlement value of 0.01 USD. Sunny Points are not Currency, cannot be purchased, cannot be spent in the Games and cannot be transferred between Accounts; they may only be paid out as described in Section 10.
2.14 “Verification” or “KYC” means the identity and address check described in the KYC Policy, which is required before any payout of Sunny Points.
2.15 “Payout” means a transfer of money, equal to the settlement value of Available Sunny Points, to a bank account (IBAN) in the Referrer’s own name.
2.16 “History” means the section of the Account that lists all Currency purchases, Currency spent in Games, Sunny Points rewards and Payouts.
2.17 “Services” include the provision of the Games and the sale, delivery and support of Currency provided by the Company through the Site.
2.18 “Payment Provider” means an authorised third-party payment institution that processes card payments for the Company.
2.19 “Policies” means these Terms, the Privacy & Cookie Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the KYC Policy and the Referral Program rules, as published on the Site.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users under 18 may play the Games but may purchase Currency only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Payouts of Sunny Points are available only to Users aged 18 or over. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Account

An Account is optional for playing and is required to hold a Wallet, purchase Currency and take part in the Referral Program.
To create an Account you provide an email address and a password and accept these Terms and the Privacy & Cookie Policy. You then confirm your email address with the link we send; purchases, Verification and Payouts are unlocked after confirmation.
In the Account you can change your display name, language, password and email address, sign out of other devices and see your History.
Your Account is personal. Keep your password secret. One person may hold only one Account. Selling, sharing or transferring Accounts, impersonation and fake or duplicate Accounts are prohibited.

5. Games

The Games are free to play in the browser. Each Game states its own save model; a local browser save stays in that browser profile, and an Account is not automatically a backup of a local Game save. Game content, balance and features may change over time.

6. Currency

Any amount. You may purchase any amount of Currency, from a minimum of 0.05 USD, 0.05 EUR or 2.45 TRY per purchase, up to 1,000,000 Currency per purchase.
Price. The base price is 0.01 USD per 1 Currency. EUR and TRY prices are calculated from the Exchange Rate current at the time of the order and rounded up to the nearest cent or kuruş. The final price and quantity are shown before payment and are always recalculated by the Company’s server; figures shown in the browser are for information only.
Exchange Rate. The Exchange Rate is fixed and changes only when the Company’s administrators update it. A change does not affect orders already paid.
Use. Currency may be used only on the Site to access additional in-game content and features, including exchange into In-Game Items where a Game supports it. Currency is a limited licence to use digital content; it is not property, a deposit, e-money or a financial instrument.
No cash value. Currency and In-Game Items hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real-world money, sold or transferred between Accounts, except where the law requires otherwise.
Delivery. Currency is credited to the Wallet automatically after the Payment Provider confirms the payment, normally within seconds.

7. How to use the Wallet — step by step

The Wallet holds two separate balances: Currency (bought by you and spent in the Games) and Sunny Points (earned through the Referral Program and paid out to your bank account after Verification).

7.1 Buying Currency

Create an Account and confirm your email address.
Open Account → Wallet. You can also use the “Buy Sunny Coin” form on any page of the Site.
Choose USD, EUR or TRY and enter either the amount of money or the quantity of Currency; the other value is calculated instantly with the Exchange Rate. Bonus Packs are available as ready-made options.
Check the price and quantity and press Buy. You are taken to the secure payment page of the Payment Provider, where you pay by VISA or Mastercard card. The Company never sees or stores your full card details.
After the Payment Provider confirms the payment, you return to the Site, the Currency is added to your Wallet and you receive a receipt by email. The purchase appears in History. If the payment is declined or cancelled, nothing is charged and nothing is credited.

7.2 Using Currency in the Games

Open a Game on the Site while signed in to your Account.
Choose an offer in the Game’s exchange (shop) and confirm it. The Currency is deducted from your Wallet and the In-Game Items are delivered to that Game. Every exchange appears in History.

7.3 Sunny Points and payouts

When a friend you invited makes a confirmed purchase, Sunny Points equal to 10% of the purchase value are added to your Wallet with the status Pending.
After a hold of 14 days (which covers the refund window) they become Available. If the friend’s payment is refunded or reversed, the related Sunny Points are cancelled.
Complete Account → Verification: upload your passport (photo or scan) and a proof of address in PDF, JPG or PNG format. We review documents, usually within 3 business days, and notify you by email.
When you are Verified and have at least 1,000 Available Sunny Points (= 10.00 USD), open Wallet → Payout, enter the number of Sunny Points, the account holder’s name and an IBAN in your own name, and submit. The Sunny Points are reserved at once.
We review the request, usually within 5 business days, and transfer the settlement value (1 Sunny Point = 0.01 USD, or the equivalent in EUR or TRY at the Exchange Rate on the payout date if the bank account is held in that currency). The Payout is marked Paid in History and you receive an email. If a request is rejected, the reserved Sunny Points return to your Available balance and the reason is shown.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by an authorised Payment Provider under its own terms. The Company does not store full payment card details. Taxes, where applicable, are included in or shown with the price before payment. You must use only payment methods you are authorised to use. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud or error is suspected; in that case any payment taken is refunded.

9. Refunds

Refunds, cancellations, reversals and chargebacks follow applicable law and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Currency that has been used, or was obtained through a reversed or disputed payment, may be deducted from the Wallet.

10. Referral Program and Sunny Points

Every signed-in User receives a unique referral link in Account → Referral.
A new User who follows the link and creates an Account within 30 days is attributed to the Referrer. Attribution cannot be changed afterwards.
For every qualifying, confirmed purchase of Currency by a Referred User, the Referrer receives Sunny Points equal to 10% of the purchase value in USD (1 Sunny Point = 0.01 USD), first as Pending and after 14 days as Available.
Payouts require successful Verification, a minimum of 1,000 Available Sunny Points and a bank account in the Referrer’s own name.
Bloggers and partners with a large audience may agree individual terms with the Company in writing; the application form is on the Referral Program page.
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate Accounts, automated or incentivised traffic, spam, misleading advertising, payment manipulation and refund abuse are prohibited. Sunny Points connected with refunds, chargebacks, fraud or violations may be withheld, cancelled or reversed, and the Referral Program may be suspended for the Account concerned.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Interfering with the Site, servers, security or normal operation.
Using bots, exploits, vulnerabilities or unauthorised automation to obtain an advantage.
Manipulating Games, payments, Currency balances, referral attribution, statistics or rewards.
Uploading forged, altered or someone else’s documents during Verification.
Using the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.

12. Intellectual Property

The Site, Games, software, interface, branding, graphics and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the Company. No rights are transferred except the limited, personal, revocable right to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

The Company may restrict or suspend an Account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents or violations, comply with law, protect Users or protect the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time and ask us to close your Account through the contact form (topic “Privacy / my data”); data is then deleted or anonymised subject to mandatory retention obligations. Unused Currency is handled as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; Available Sunny Points may be paid out before closure if the payout conditions are met.

14. Availability and Liability

The Site and Games are provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party services or events outside reasonable control (force majeure). To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Services, operational practices or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page; material changes are announced on the Site or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by the competent courts and enforcement offices of Antalya, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers, including the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or courts of their place of residence.
